BY ACCESSING THIS WEBSITE OR ANY OF ITS ASSOCIATE (“WEBSITE”), YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE FOLLOWING PRIVACY POLICY.

1. NATURE OF SERVICES AND DATA FIDUCIARY

Core Credentia (“the Company”, “We”, “Us”) provides educational training in cloud accounting software, including but not limited to QuickBooks by Intuit. We do not provide accounting services, tax advice, or software licenses.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect only the data necessary to provide our training services:

  • Identity Data: Name, email, phone number, and professional/educational background.

  • Transaction Data (Manual): Screenshots of UPI transactions shared via WhatsApp or email for enrollment verification.

  • Media Data: Video and audio recordings of live Masterclasses in which your likeness, name, or voice may be captured.

  • Technical Data: IP addresses and cookies collected via our website/Wix platform and Meta Pixel for ad attribution.

 

3. PURPOSE OF COLLECTION & CONSENT

By enrolling for Webinar or Course, you provide affirmative consent for us to process your data for:

  1. Enrollment Verification: Validating manual UPI payments.

  2. Course Delivery: Providing access to recordings and materials.

  3. Placement Support: Sharing your profile with potential recruiters (strictly on a "support" basis).

  4. Marketing: Using Meta Ads and WhatsApp for course updates and retargeting.

 

4. THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE & PLATFORMS (LIABILITY SHIELD)

  • WhatsApp & UPI Apps: You acknowledge that sharing payment screenshots via WhatsApp involves third-party end-to-end encryption. The Company is not liable for data breaches occurring on WhatsApp or your banking/UPI applications.

  • QuickBooks (Intuit): We assist in account setup, but you will use your own independent QuickBooks account. We do not store your QuickBooks login credentials. Your data within QuickBooks is governed solely by Intuit’s Privacy Policy.

  • Meta/Facebook: We use Meta Pixel to optimize ads. Data shared with Meta is hashed and anonymized to the extent possible.

 

5. RECORDING & MEDIA RELEASE

Live sessions are recorded for educational purposes and made available to the enrolled cohort for one (1) month. By participating, you grant the Company a non-exclusive license to share these recordings within the student portal. You may opt to keep your camera/microphone off to maintain anonymity.

6. NO GUARANTEES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY​

  • Software Changes: We are not responsible for updates, price changes, or service interruptions by QuickBooks or other software providers.

  • Financial Loss: The Company’s total liability for any data-related claim shall not exceed the total course fee paid by the student.

7. CHANGE OF TERMS

The company has the absolute discretion to amend or supplement any of the terms of the Website at any time. The company may introduce new services or withdraw any of the existing services, whenever considered necessary. The User shall be responsible for regularly reviewing these terms including amendments thereto as may be posted on the Website. If in the opinion of the User, the changes are to their disadvantage, the Customer may at its discretion opt to suspend the services provided by the company.

8. JURISDCTION

We hereby expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdiction. The company considers itself and intends to be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune City, Maharashtra, India. If you don’t agree with any of the above, please do not read the material on any of the pages and exit the Website immediately. This Website/App is specifically for users in the territory of India. Although access to users outside India is not denied, the company shall have no legal liabilities whatsoever in any laws of any jurisdiction other than India. The company reserves the right to make changes to its Website, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy contained herein.
